General terms and conditions

This document is an integral part of the registration and confirmation procedure for participation in track events organised by Speed Master Racing sagl.

All participants are strongly advised to carefully read the instructions sent to them a few days before the track event and to watch the video filmed from inside a car on the circuit in order to understand the trajectories, acceleration and braking required on the circuit.

In any case, the coach driver will review the information with the participant BEFORE getting into the car.

Participants must strictly follow the instructions provided by the coach driver and track marshals.

The track event is an “all-inclusive” package, i.e.:

- Dinner the evening before the event at a local restaurant

- Overnight stay and breakfast at a local hotel

- Light refreshments during the day at the dedicated pit area

- Lunch at the circuit restaurant

- If not already owned by the participant, the organiser will provide the following FIA-approved sports

equipment: overalls, gloves, balaclava, helmet, shoes

- Use of the circuit in a car specially prepared for the track (no road cars!)

Provided by the organisation:

- coach driver, telemetry, evaluation by the track engineer after the stint

- USB stick with video of the fastest lap

- Small photo shoot (JPEG files)

Excess in the event of an accident:

In the event of an accident, the cars provided have the following excesses to cover damage caused by participants:

a. Porsche Cayman GT4 MR CHF 20,000

b. Porsche Cayman GT4 RS CHF 25,000

c. Porsche 911 GT3 CUP CHF 25,000

Insurance regulations stipulate that the driver is liable for any damage caused while driving their vehicle, even in the event of collisions caused by third parties.
