1) Registration: registration takes place online via IT systems

2) Registration is binding. In the event of cancellation, the following terms apply:

a. Cancellation no later than 1 month (30 days) prior to the scheduled date: the organiser will not charge any

costs

b. Cancellation no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled date: the organiser will charge 50% of

the total cost of the event

c. Cancellation within 13 days prior to the scheduled date of the event: the organiser will charge the full

amount

d. In the event of cancellation of a private event, the full amount will be charged, regardless of the

cancellation terms indicated above
